Payment and Returns Policy

Our accommodation follows its payment policy based on the law (Article 8, Law 1652/30-10-1986, Government Gazette 167). To reserve any rental apartment, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required. The customer has the right to free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival at the accommodation. From the 1st to the 21st day before arrival, the deposit is held as a guarantee by the owner. During the free cancellation period, the owner is obliged to refund the customer the amount of the deposit. Any interbank fees are entirely borne by the customer. Payment for the accommodation, plus the accommodation tax for each night, can be made at the accommodation in cash, by debit card or by deposit into an account.
